    Newbie accounts were not allowed to use PM because of a recent abuse.

    We just reactivated the privilege, but we will be closely monitoring fair use of the feature.

    Maybe limit the number of PMs a newbie account can send... Like 1 message every 48 hours so as to avoid spamming until the account ranks up because when more people come into the forum, They will start abusing the privileges and start spamming constantly which could be irritating to genuine users
