The 4th hardfork " Constantinople" has completed seamlessly at block 3,100,000.  EIP 145, EIP 1052, EIP 1283 and EIP 1014 upgrades are now implemented on Callisto's blockchain!

The integration of Constantinople is a major milestone of our roadmap, reducing the transaction costs of the Callisto Network's blockchain and making it even more efficient to deploy smart contracts.
