The Ubiatar project: exploration is freedom and life is interaction

Ubiatar is a project offering a viable and a real solution to the ancient dream of mankind: having the power of ubiquity or instant transfer to any place.

The starting point is a normal smartphone held by a local individual (the Avatar); everything that is seen and heard by the Avatar is sent over the internet to the Person at home (Usar) that in turn directs the Avatar so that he/she acts as his/her remote body.

The directions are given with a revolutionary Graphical User Interface (GUI) displayed over the live video stream: humans are far better than any robot.

Avatars and Usars of Ubiatar meet in the UbiatarPlay marketplace. This platform works in a manner very similar to that of the Apple store and GooglePlay marketplaces, where publishers of apps meet with customers wanting to install/buy them.

On Ubiatarplay the avatars offer their presence in a place for a unique experience and Usars can be active and pay them for the service. The income from the marketplace will be used to fulfil the UbiatarPlay mission: make Ubiatar token value rise in the fastest and biggest way possible while providing legal job opportunities to people all over the world.

The UbiatarPlay marketplace supports a complete range of small to large third-party business projects, called HumanApps. You will be able to brand your Avatar identity, or that of your group of Avatars, to create a name, a logo, a description, and a set of pictures and graphics that will be your project page on the Human Empowerment Network. Your brand could be a business, a charity, a leisure group or any other kind of legal idea or organization.

When the telepresence service starts (immediately or at the future moment booked by the Usar) the Ubiatar platform starts counting the minutes of telepresence. At the end of the service, the Usar gets the total award of the connection and can confirm the good service or file a complaint. When the service is settled (immediately or after review by Ubiatar assistance staff) the amount is transferred out of the Usar account and a portion of it is transferred into the Avatar’s account.

To support the exchange of value between peers all over the world, regardless of the local limits, as well as the availability of bank accounts to destitute people, women or other discriminated social groups, the Ubiatar wallet is open-source so that everybody will be able to check how it works. You can move from your wallet tokens to and from another third-party wallet, or exchange or spend tokens using a Ubiatar ATM card whenever a VISA or MASTERCARD is accepted.

The ICO

UbiatarPlay is a company that was founded in 2016. UbiatarPlay does not sell the concept, but the company is already in the development stage. The company has already collected 400,000$ in 2016 and about 600,000$ in 2017. Seeing this development, UbiatarPlay wants to launch an ICO as a way to get more investors and to leverage more funds.

The ICO is based in Switzerland, where the financial activities and fintech sector is becoming one of the state core business. Switzerland is becoming a crypto-tech ecosystem, the Swiss Federal Council wants to attract new startups with a completely redesigned Swiss fintech license, and Zug (also called «Crypto Valley») is one of the most important places for the development of crypto-products.

The owners of crypto-tokens are often puzzled about the possible use of the tokens they own. Through UbiatarPlay, investors can use their money to visit many places, through live streaming video using Avatar services and simultaneously they can cash their tokens using the UbiatarPlay card. This opportunity can benefit many people in the ecosystem.

The ICO will begin on May 9th 2018 at 10:00 AM (CET) and will last one month. UbiatarPlay will provide 15,000,000 UbiatarPlay UAC tokens during presale and the ICO. The tokens will be sold at the price of 2 dollars each.

An established company is clearly a guarantee for investors. Cryptocurrency investors, also called donors, are usually just invited to bid their money on an idea – not to develop some already working product. Investors obviously will feel more confident if they can put their money into a real company, rather than gamble on a concept.

For that reason, UbiatarPlay will not return the investors’ money if the sales target on the ICO is not achieved. UbiatarPlay only sells 30% (15 million UAC) of all tokens it creates. If the ICO cannot sell all of the 15 million UbiatarPlay tokens, the rest will be burned and the company will use whatever funds are collected for business development.

The Airdrop

All people interested in this project, have the chance to be eligible for the Ubiatar airdrop until May 9th. You must download the Ubiatar app on your smartphone, sign up and set yourself available on the Ubiatar app. You will be able to receive up to 130 UAC tokens, when following the rules below:

• 10 UAC airdrop if you Download the Eidoo app on your mobile device, create the password and back up the wallet. At the start of the ICO, you must have your Eidoo wallet active (password and backup) and with at least 0.01 ETH.
• 20 UAC airdrop if you are registered on icoengine.net. Once you confirm your account, complete Tier 1. You need to have at least 0.01 ETH on your wallet.
• 130 UAC airdrop if you are registered on icoengine.net. Once you confirm your account, complete Tier 2 and fill out the form for KYC: you will be asked to enter an Eidoo wallet address; this will be the address where tokens are distributed.

These 3 steps are not combinable, so the total maximum amount of UAC tokens you can receive is 130. The distribution will start on June 24th, and it might take a few days because of the congestion of the Ethereum blockchain.
