We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist!

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include:
-Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email, chat, or support tickets.
-Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
-Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.

Requirements
-Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Multi-tasking abilities
-Patience when handling tough cases
-A knowledge of English is required and at least one language from the list:
Spanish
French
Portuguese
Italian
Chinese
