Electricity runs down while making a deal to get some BTC.

There are days when my electricity is running down without any reason. I asked neighbors if the same shit is happening to them and they said that everything is fine. Now I need some electrician's assistance. But the guys I called said that they will be able to come only in a few days, at least 2-3 days. Anybody had the same problem ever?
