Is there going to be a bullrun in this last month of the year?

Wow the year has come to the last point of ending so there have been alot of expectations and prediction about cryptocurrency market hoping that there's going to be a bullrun in the last quarter of the year yet the crypto market are still falling. But the question here is can bullrun still happen before end of the year 2019.

I doubt if the bullrun happening before the end of this year. I am sure that bullrun is not coming suddenly, it must have some clues or signs to appear. So far, I didn't see any signs for the bullrun to come very soon in this month. Most people expect to see it in the next year, after the halving day.

It is not looking like there will be bull run any more this year. Though many thought that there may be bull run at the end of the year but here we are with nothing to show.

I don't think there will be a bullrun later this year, I hope it will happen at the beginning of the year after everyone's psychology gets better, and the halving event of bitcoin happens in May next year.
