Holding some Eth, XRP and NEO in portfolio should I move on and exchange it to BTC

Bitcoin is currently in a situation that is preparing for booming or make more correction you can see this clearly if you are following big channels people are divided in opinions some says there will be more correction and others are saying we are preparing for $15,000, simply there is nothing certain which is always the case.

I think this is not a good time to switch from ETH, XRP or NEO to BTC, the exchange pairs of these coins with BTC are at the bottom, and can go deeper.

Definitely Btc is si much risky, but for me by this time that bitcoin slightly moved downward I will take this chance to accumulate more. Seems like I do believe that bitcoin is preparing to reach the $15k
