Thanks for sharing but I think there is seriously no benefit in over-complicating stuff for us. I for sure will want to keep things simple instead of making it unnecessary complicated. If you want to protect, it is just simple to use Crypto Hardware Wallets, as rest of the ways are just extension of it. Like how to keep it safe and all this but the actual safety comes from hardware wallet. So that’s simply the thing I know and follow for my own safety and comfort.

I think one more point can be added to the list that is before logging in to any site please cross check the URL before entering credentials. Also, Hardware wallets are the best place to store funds.
