Numbers 11 (Illuminator), 22 (Builder), and 33 (Teacher) are considered master numbers. They are never broken down when found in numerology equations with the exception of challenge equations that use subtraction.
Every number ten and higher gets broken down into the numbers 1-9 in numerology equations, with the exception of master numbers. For example, the number 52 would be reduced to (5+2) or 7.

Your Life Path Number represents the path you should take through life, the talents, and power you have to make your path a reality.
To figure out your life path number, add together your date, month, and year of birth. if you were born January 1, 2001 the equation would look like this:
01/01/01
(0+1)+(0+1)+(2+0+0+1)
1+1+2+1
= 5
Your life path number would be 5.
