Usually, I swim every school day. Swim practice lasts two hours, and every once in a while, we have a swim meet on the weekends, which lasts from 6:30 in the morning to 3:00 or 4:00 in the afternoon.
I play water polo when I get the chance, just with my swim team.
Usually, I do ab workouts every Monday and Friday, and run two and a half miles every Tuesday.
The “usually” is there, because right now, all of that has come to a stop. I dislocated my kneecap and I’m on crutches and in a knee immobilizer. It’s likely that I’ll never be able to swim breaststroke or play water polo again.
TLDR: I usually play sports 5/7 days of the week.
