Actually, to know what is better where to hold or trading should depend on your investment target. If you plan it for long term investment, I think it is no problem to hold and let your coins/tokens on wallets only. But if you plan for short term investment, I think trading is the best choice. You will get the profits faster by trading.

Yeah i some way your right, but those that cant trade its way better to hold than to lose what ever you have on trading.
It all depends on the strategy of that individual after weighting his/her options.

It’s dependent on what makes you comfortable. My personal preference is entirely to do with Trading and I love it under FreshForex. Yeah many people have different preference and risk appetite. You just have to do what makes you comfortable. And besides you can do both at the same time.

You need a good strategy on what to trade and hold. Most day traders get rekt and even the top 1% eventually get rekt.

If you swing trade coins that are going up, you could be on a safe bet.
