The real problem is that most bounties are delaying their payments whether they are scamming or not that is another problem, for example, most of the projects that failed to pay their hunters were legit projects but they just failed to raise money or paused due to the market situation.

Yes, but the market trend is changing, and more money, will be flowing to ICO projects. I expect better days for hunters.

Failed projects and scams lead to no rewards. I have experienced doing bounties with no rewards for many times. Yeah, especially in 2018, there were many bad cases on bounties and ICOs. You are correct, cases of bounty managers or bounty teams disappeared after the bounty programs ended are the perfect examples.

I can say with confidence that no good bounty running. I have done research and most project cant even raise softcap to start a project. The pay out is very little, am still here doing bounty when i know its a 50% chance i wont get paid. I have free time.

I agree, this is just a hindrance/problem that we need to overcome in order to succeed in life. If you think that the project is shady, don't waste your time promote that project and try to look for another.

Bounty hunting is still not profitable till today. Maximum project fails and some project passed to reach soft cap. The projects that reached soft cap, give only few projects to bounty hunters. Maximum soft cap passed projects don't pay, they cheat with bounty hunters as i have faced huge problem in my bounty experience in the last 10 months.

Obviously we need patience and do bounty regularly. Bounty is the soul of promoting a project. Project CEO should be honest to the hunters as the hunters work hard.

It is true,  being a bounty hunter must be able to accept if the results of his work in participating in a project have not yet been paid out while the project has been completed or sometimes the bounty has been paid for but has not been released. Bounty hunting is still not profitable till today. Maximum project fails and some project passed to reach soft cap. The projects that reached soft cap, give only few projects to bounty hunters. Maximum soft cap passed projects don't pay, they cheat with bounty hunters as i have faced huge problem in my bounty experience in the last 10 months.

I cannot say that its not profitable, I can earn in bounties nowadays. There is some bounties that launch bounty campaigns and already listed on exchanges. We must be very cautious in picking the right bounties to avoid scam/fraud projects.
