Finding the peace in life is very important, especially if you face much stress almost every day. That's one of my main problems and as I noticed for many other people too.
There are many tips for overcoming it, not all of them are effective for everyone but in my case the most helpful were:
- correcting my sleep schedule (you should have one and the same wake-up time and betdime, also having enough sleep in general because its lack increases the stress greatly)
- avoiding caffeine, alcohol and nicotine (all these things are harmful for our health and they increase the stress too)
- making physical exercises regurarly (it'll help you to feel better both physically and emotionally, also special relaxing ones are very helpful too)
- using special relaxing techniques (for me yoga, walkings outsides and meditation were very helpful)
- having enough rest in general (create a normal balance between your work and rest)
