Very first 5  votes (#1-#5) was from me.

At next day i add about 10 votes, but i do not track numbers (voting almost alone, only few votes from other users between mine).

Your calculation is wrong because "price" of one vote is 100 BTER points MINIMUM (for coin already occupying high positions in voting list price of one vote grows. closer you get to # 1 higher the price of 1 vote), not just 1 point.  So about 120 satoshi per bter point at current market rate, not 12000.
Also BTER point can not be traded directly - its true, but it can be converted to BTER shares (BTQ) which generates dividends (portions of trade fees collected by exchange distributed between all BTQ holders)

But if somebody hold "large" (not sure about exact minimum amount) coins balance at this exchange he can vote (once per hour) without spending BTER points.

May be you look at Score column? (#24 now)

I think better use Up-votes, because Score can go not only UP but DOWN to - it will produce some havoc with few users claims same number when somebody(not from this topic) down-votes. While Up-votes is plain and simple: +1 at each vote and numbers never repeats.

NOTE that these numbers are the "Upvote" numbers, not the result nrs, since someone managed to downvote 1, so
the result is 1 lower than the "upvote" nrs.
ALSO, I checked my Bter balance of BTR points after each trade and for some reason, I only got points after
trading alt into BTC, not when trading that BTC back into alt crypto (which I expected to also give points since it was
again a sizeable trade of over $100).
Anyway, I will trade some more until I am allowed to vote every hour....
