Dear MPG Community,

Most of the team is back from their holidays and ready to jump back into work.  We are excited about what is coming up this quarter. We hope you all enjoyed your holidays as well.

We have expanded our development team to 8 developers, an architect and a project manager, and have kicked-off the development of Max Crowdfund 2.0, which will be fully redesigned. It will be ready for 3rd parties to list property back loans, and integrated with the blockchain, by the end of this year. A  full technical update will follow over the next couple of weeks.

In line with Max Property Group’s (MPG) commitment to burn the remainder of the MPG tokens held in its PRE-ITO and ITO PHASE I wallets, 50 million tokens were burned on the 19th August 2019 as promised during July. So far 9% of the total supply has been burned and further burns of over 120,000,000 MPG tokens, or $1,200,000 are scheduled for September. The MPG ITO phase II will be launched through trading competitions on exchanges. Announcements will be made as soon as agreements are signed, but they are planned for September. Urgent: Last chance to invest in 8% per year German Property Fund!!!

On Monday the 30th of September 2019 we are closing Max Property Deutschland, the property fund that invests in real estate in Germany and pays 8% interest per year from the rental income.

Yesterday this article was published on Vastgoedjournaal.nl in the Netherlands.

If you are still interested to invest from as little as €1,000 (unless the fund is fully subscribed), you may do so if your account is approved for Clearance Level 2. If you have any issues obtaining Clearance Level 2, do not hesitate to create a support ticket.

Max Property Group at Property Investor Show at London Excel - Meet our CEO Mark Lloyd!!!

Dear MPG Community,

If you are in London this weekend, please come and see us at the Property Investor Show at the Excel London. On Friday the 4th of October and Saturday the 5th of October we will be exhibiting at one of the biggest and most prestigious investor shows in Europe. Doors open at 10:00 AM and close at 18:00 on Friday, and 17:00 on Saturday. You can find us at stand 28, and if you would like to schedule a meeting with myself, you can do so via the official website www.propertyinvestor.co.uk.  The Property Investor show is usually attended by between 5,000 and 6,000 property investors. I will be speaking at several seminars during the event and myself and my team would love for you to join us.

MPG to MPGS Conversions

Max Crowdfund users who purchased MPG tokens as part of the pre-ITO and ITO and have requested their tokens to be exchanged for MPGS are now starting to be converted. IMPORTANT: Please ensure you have achieved the required clearance level on Max Crowdfund, which is Clearance Level 2 for Europeans and Clearance Level 3 for Non-Europeans.

Max Property Group Equity Round

The MPG equity round has now been published on the Angel Investment Network and on the Max Crowdfund website. To download the investment documents from Max Crowdfund, account holders must pass KYC Clearance Level 2 (Clearance Level 3 for citizens outside of Europe).

EU Crowdfunding Legislation

On 16 October 2019, the Council of the EU (Council) published a note (dated 15 October 2019) from the General Secretariat of the Council to the Delegations. Industry professionals predict crowdfunding legislation will be finalised by the end of the year.

As most of you know, we have now started swapping the MPG utility tokens from the PRE-ITO and ITO Phase I participants for MPGS security tokens. Please ensure you have achieved Clearance Level 2 if you are from Europe and Clearance Level 3 if you are from outside Europe if you are amongst the eligible people. Equally importantly, please make sure you have the exact amount of tokens eligible for the swap in your Max Crowdfund account, otherwise we cannot complete the swap.
