First this is not possible,
Second : inf act  all crypto traders are holding Bitcoin and price dump from 20K to 3 K, so that mean your theory is wrong.  Traders cant hold one coin only.
There is no guarantee they will keep holding. your theory is just same as the pump group admins, they pump a coin and after they did not hold the dump in their members.
