Sec and ico promotion

What are people’s thoughts on sec coming out and saying they are going
to prosecute celebs and influencers for promoting icos.

How realistic is this?
What does this mean for bloggers and YouTubers who do a promotional  piece on an ico?
Does this mean bounties are dead? There must be 100os of people who continue to market.

Does it matter if the marketer is outside the USA.

The problem in ICO wil be getting complicated with SEC decision. I guess ICO will experience a large shrinkage. And this way makes bounty to die. I don't know what will happen to crypto world at future, I am afraid people will be no longer interested in ICOs and crypto as a whole..

SEC=USA
Anyone who isn't a US citizen cant get prosecuted or penalised by SEC.
Even if they for some weird reason in the future start checking bounty hunters by looking at the google spreadsheets for example, they will still have to connect all the ETH accounts with the right users and then single out US citizens.

I don't think that SEC will approve ETF  because Bitcoin still being manipulated by people who want to control the price and want to make the maximum profit on their funds

I think it is about time that someone checks all these ICO shillers. They get paid a lot from these ICO companies and a lot of them do not really care if what they promote re legit. I still remember that someone who was talking about crypto and does not even know what marketcap means.
