How a trader should deal with the stress?
« on: January 18, 2019, 08:11:11 AM »
All too often stress forces traders into some inexplicable and rash actions. Stress may seize a person completely and prevent him or her from using common sense, it may steal every opportunity of making adequate decisions, exercising good judgement and responding to the situation appropriately.

Many traders are familiar with such a situation when the position is closed without any reason. This might be a result of an impulsive action and its consequence lies in an unconscious decision. If that be the case, it is crucial to learn to stay aware of things done or acts in progress. Being able to control suppressed stress is the key to a success of ‘sober’ decision-making.

Because of such a problem existing, we have decided to launch a website for relaxation.
This is only a beta-version so far and I would like to hear all your requests on the site and comments on whether these 5-minute breaks are helpful to you.

Just always don't trade with your emotions. If you are not feeling well and not doing great, I would suggest that you take a break before trading.

LOL what the heck? Such a poor way to copy and paste someone else's post from other forum. If ever you plan to copy, atleast understand the post first.

You are mentioning some kind of a website but you did not even post it. Or do you want me to post it for you?

I think traders should try to use trading bots. They are easy in use and doing everything instead of you. Personally I use Fumgo (https://fumgo.com) and I'm satisfied with its work. Recommend you to chech it out!

If this was a question years ago, I would have suggested a lot of things. However, in the year 2019, you should already be aware of this. It does not matter if you are a trader or not, but you are already dealing with stress. Anyhow, the simplest formula is to avoid overthinking, as when you do that then you are moving towards creating problems that were not there previously.

The most important thing we must set right from get-go is broker, it got to be right. I already picked one from https://fx-list.com/broker/darwinex, as not only it’s better than most but also highly comfortable. FXList is where one can easily compare through massive database and find the perfect partner.

I am sorry but stress is just normal thing and there is no special requirement to deal with it. We just need to stick with one strategy and don’t try chopping and changing. It is also important to have a good broker. I have the BEST in FreshForex, so there is just no tension or stress for me at all.

Just always don't trade with your emotions. If you are not feeling well and not doing great, I would suggest that you take a break before trading.
I agree with your opinion, in trading should not be in a state of stress, the mind must be clear, calm there is no burden, if the mind is in a state of sadness or has a problem more easily take a break, sleep or recreation first so that the mind and body become fresh, please you can do again to trading.

Experienced traders will not trade every day, they have time in certain hours where the market is busy and look for new information about the trading indicators of the coins they hold, with the tools that I have it all will be easy.
My friend when trading in Dorex and then doing crypto trading he was very difficult to get for.
Bearish market situation will not stress traders because they will buy and save the coin

To deal with stress as a trader you should always consider taking some time off to relieve your stress because trading while in stress will lid to mistakes that could have been avoided easily in normal cases. Taking some time off is totally okay especially when you are dealing with money and investments.

There are many ways to cope with stress, for example, I play football. It helps me to keep my patience. I think different people deal with stress in different ways.

Dealing with your emotion is one of the ways to start dealing with stress, traders need to learn to be calm or else you will be stressed out.
