I’m still doing the bounty now but more and more projects just delayed and postponed their roadmap so bounty hunter like me feel that we contributed time and hard work for nothing

I have just finished my first bounty campaign in this forum, hope my first time will get paid as promised
I think it's still trying to continue the gift work. Because that's what I can do, failure is not a problem because this is a side jobI know the market situation is bad so many projects fail.
Nowadays, I realize that doing bounty is not really effective to earn money. Some people decide to stop doing bounties temporarily, and wait for the market condition and ICOs improve. But some of them still continue to do bounties like usual. So, in your opinion, what is the best choice for a bounty hunter during the bear market? Please give me your reasons..
