2. About ranks
From what I read, users are easily to rank up, with their post counts only. There is no restriction on ranking up.

So, how about mechanism to prevent spammers to rank up?

In addition, the details don't contain Legendary rank. How about it?

3. Captcha and questions:
I have to fill them all to make a new post or modify one post. Does it relate to user rank?

Rules and size for signatures are similar to the ones used on bitcointalk.

Sometimes there are signature campaigns. Not sure what is going on at this time.

2. About ranks

This is a small forum. We don't like strict rules, however spammer are shitposters thinking there is space to cheat, are quickly caught and banned.

In addition, the details don't contain Legendary rank. How about it?

Yes, it is related to user rank, and helps to protect from spammers.
