Is it a good idea to work out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach?

Thank you for the great article, even though it's about 2 years old, this information is still relevant. Honestly, I really like articles with beautiful pictures. If an article contains such illustrations, I remember the information from it better. So, I think that it's possible to train on an empty stomach for those who don't use sports nutrition or various means for muscle growth and endurance, such as steroids. I use steroids to increase physical performance and muscle growth, so my coach didn't recommend that I workout on an empty stomach. Moreover, I will need to take therapy to restore the balance of the hormonal system, after taking steroids. Btw, you can read more about this here https://steroidcycle.org/post-cycle-therapy/ if you are interested.

Hi there. Quite useful information. Thanks for sharing. I have been training in the gym for several months and my results are really poor. I want to use steroids, how do you think is it good idea? I found many different such products there and I think I will make an order soon.
