Bitcoin ETF and USA lawmakers

members of the USA government different in response to the crypto world, some members choose to make strict rules and some choose to support crypto, the SEC rejects the Bitcoin ETF but does not give a response to US lawmakers who have Bitcoin.

I think it's not objective, if the SEC wants to ban bitcoin ETF, I think the SEC must ban and confiscate bitcoin from every USA resident, including USA lawmakers.

Such pronouncement like banning of bitcoin will not be make by USA lawmakers in a hast, As you have said most rich and prominent class in USA are in possession of bitcoin. I think owning of bitcoin and trading should personal decision and risk.

Bitcoin ETF may be rejected for now but it is clear that it will be accepted, so why there is drama? that's because of speculators but on the one side it is really important for more adaption.
