In the year 2018 is a lot of ico ico popping up and down its volume token tokens old and new. not much too ico ico is now a scammer.
So what do you think?

Not 100% agree with you here. Yeah some projects may be scam but not all. You can simply take a look at Ethereum, Bitcoin, Altcoin, PTC, BTC, SciDex and some others. They are legit and always pay.

Absolutely agree. Not all ICOs are scams. Look at NEO and EOS. If you strictly ignore the ICOs, you are going to miss out some really good cause and of course good ROI.

The market in terms of crypto is unstable. If you look at the drop and rising of BTC alone, you can see that the market is still very new to crypto even with the boom in 2017.

In business terms, you can say that crypto is in its Adoption Phase. During this phase is where the market and product fluctuates a lot to find its norm. The norm is where crypto fits in the market and where the market accepts crypto for what it is.

You can tell that we are slowly heading past adoption phase with governments starting to accept crypto more and more. The government such as South Korea and Canada are developing regulations for crypto. With regulations, you might see market stabilization, but this would require more countries to follow. If only a few countries do this and major players such as China not taking on this idea, the stabilization might take a while.
