How can I keep my bitcoins safe??

 all the hacking going on recently has really made me paranoid. i don't own much but i mostly keep my coins with coinbase and use no other kind of security. should i invest in better security and of what kind?

Just buy an hardware wallet it is the best way to secure your funds.

About privacy, I think Bitcoin is the best. If you want good security, you should use cold storage.

There's alot of way to keep our bitcoin safe like using some hardware wallet or storing it to the safest place you know. But for me I preferred using a paper wallet (Print out or copy manually my privatekey) because it is the safest way I think will really work.

First of all, check security level of your cryptocurrency exchange and never keep your coins there, it is good to use cold wallets.
