This is Secco, admin of Bitcoin Garden Forum, writing. Welcome to this new edition of the Bitcoin Garden Newsletter.
Global awareness for crypto is growing, so conferences about crypto are popping up almost everywhere. Attending an event is funny and you can make pretty good business contacts. If you're a newbie, there's a lot you can learn from experienced people. As general rule, the top international conferences, like the ones mentioned below in this newsletter are something really important if you're running a crypto business. Most of the times, tickets prices are not very low, but sometimes there are promos like discounted tickets for students and stuff like that. Also, I always try to obtain promo codes for Bitcoin Garden users, so watch for those!
Beside the big conferences, there are also a lot of small local meetups, generally free entry, and, if you're lucky enough, you can find one in your area. If not, think about organizing one yourself! 4 or 5 people meeting for a beer in a pub is already a good start. Point of fail, for those small meetups, is that most of the times they are not advertised at all and they fail to reach the potential audience. I would like to remind we have an events board on the forum where you're welcome to spread the word about your local meeetups. In case you're running a Telegram, Whatsapp, Slack, Discord channel for local or general crypto discussion (or you know a good one) you're also welcome to share the link in the crypto resource board. Spreading knowledge and information is good and can help the whole crypto community to grow, just be kind and do not spam!

THE UBIATAR PROJECT: Ubiatar is a project offering a viable and a real solution to the ancient dream of mankind: having the power of ubiquity or instant transfer to any place. Due to that particular incident, the exchange allegedly lost several million dollars’ worth of Nano. There has always been suspicion that something was afoul, although very few people expected this latest turn of events.
