The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has recently stated they believe every ICO is a security and thus requires SEC approval before it can be sold to US citizens. Approval takes months and has a charge upwards of $80,000 USD.

This ICO is not registered with the United States S.E.C.

As a result, we cannot be seen to take investment from US citizens.
