Bitpay Rejects Adult Content

We are disappointed to announce that after months of providing customers the option to make purchases through Bitcoin, Bitpay has decided to reject http://adultplayx.com completely. Bitpay approved our website a few months ago and we've spent thousands of dollars integrating their API into our platform. Our content has not changed or become any more extreme than it was when we signed up to Bitpay. Nevertheless, Bitpay has completely terminated us without giving us time to warn our customers of the change.

Additionally, we've lost thousands of dollars in sales because our customers had a huge learning curve with the platform. For weeks, we analyzed our customers' buying habits and found that over 90% of users could not figure out how to complete a transaction with Bitpay. Most of our orders expired after several attempts by the customer to purchase their content.

To make matters worse, Bitpay kept all of the funds that our site generated. Bitpay has completely locked us out of our account and has not returned any of our producers' money to us. We are really shocked at the company's behavior and we're upset it treats adult entertainment as inferior content.
