Help Request | Bitcoin wallet withdraw

I’m trying to withdraw my bitcoin from my personal bitcoin wallet, but it seems futile. Yesterday, I tried to send it from an external wallet to my BCH wallet, but I received it in my BTC wallet underneath it. Today, I’ve been trying to send it to another address code to buy BCH but I don’t find any way out of it. Please help me! What info do I need to send along? I’m using bitcoin.com wallet app. Thanks for any feedback!
