South Korea's Kakao Launches Cryptocurrency Exchange

Bitcoin is received very well in South Korea and now they are about to launch their “biggest” local digital currency exchange. It could be a strategic move for South Korea now that China is about to close down all of their exchange places.

Has South Korea identified the errors of crypto currency exchange places in China and improved on it?
