You will need to wait untill cryptopia sorts out your problem as it is on there end.
Transaction id is not on explorer because it is on the old chain.
As far as I am aware they are still sorting the issue in a few cases.

If you've not run the wallet after installing the OS.
1). Create a folder in "%Appdata%", name it "GokuCoin"
2). Copy your "backup.dat" file to this folder
3). Rename it to "wallet.dat"
4). Run the wallet

If you've run the wallet already then you should have a GokuCoin folder with a wallet.dat file in "%Appdata%", if this is the case, then if this new wallet is of no use to you just replace it with your backup by following steps 2-4 above.

Also, add a "gokucoin.conf" file in this folder and fill it with the contents posted by @gokucoinreborn a few posts back.
