BmyCoin

The BmyCoin is a MultiChain token. The token’s purpose is to allow users registered at bmybit.com to pay fees for using the platform’s services, most notably the Personal Automated Trading System (PATS), as well as to hold a portion of the platform.

BmyBit will issue a total of 10 million BmyCoins, which will represent 40% of the platform’s value. Dividends will be payed to the holders on a quarterly basis, with the payouts starting in the end of the first quarter of 2018.

The company will try to sell 1 million Tokens during the Pre-sale, which launches on August 16th, 2017. The Pre-sale of BmyCoin will start at the initial price of $2.85, followed by an increase to $3.5 at the end of it.

An official ICO will follow BmyCoin Pre-sale, before the end of 2017. An amount of 3 million BmyCoins are allocated for the ICO, with the aim of selling the Token at the price of $5 at its final stage. BmyBit’s goal is to raise $17 million by the end of the ICO. There will be 1.5 million BmyCoins distributed for the marketing bounties to the crowd.



The total amount of BmyCoin issued will be 10 million. 1.5 million BmyCoins will be distributed for the marketing bounties to the crowd, and an additional 2 million will be allocated amongst the BmyBit team members.

BmyBit will keep 2.5 million Tokens in reserve, while the crowdsale, which inlcudes the Pre-sale and the ICO, will constitute for 4 million BmyCoins. Additionally, 2 million BmyCoins will be burnt on the “first-in, first-burnt” basis, starting immediately. The total of other 3 million BmyCoin will start being burnt as soon as the reserve of 2.5 million BmyCoins will start to be released in the market.



Why we use MultiChain Technology

Bitcoin compatible
A key design principle of MultiChain is maximal compatibility with Bitcoin Core, the reference client for the bitcoin network. This includes bitcoin’s network protocol, transaction format, block format and output scripts, as well as Bitcoin Core’s runtime parameters and JSON-RPC API. Almost all of the information in the Bitcoin Developer Documentation is applicable to MultiChain.

Managed permissions
We can dynamically control who can connect, send and receive transactions, create assets, streams and blocks. Each blockchain is as open or as closed as you need.

Data streams
We can create multiple key-value, time series or identity databases on a blockchain. Ideal for data sharing, timestamping and encrypted archiving.

PATS

The BmyBit's Personal Automated Trading System - PATS - is a cloud-based web application with predictive analytics, interconnected to digital exchanges through APIs.




The software is governed by a control panel, which embeds trading functionalities to enhance usability and performance; data analysis; downloadable statements (soon avaliable).

From the PATS control panel, users can start automated strategies for trading pairs of currencies and compare the best prices between different markets in order to produce profits by arbitrages.






Before the end of September 2017, BmyBit will release its rest APIs. Many new businesses connected with BmyBit’s APIs will  hold  client funds, therefore, the company has developed an AML (Anti Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Clients) software that uses OCR (Optical Character Reader) technology. The compliance screening will be connected to the BmyBit blockchain (January 2018) and all information will be embedded into dedicated streams.

You can earn BmyCoins by participating in any of our following bounty campaigns leading up to and during the Pre-sale!

For each bounty application, you will need to submit a separate bounty application via an online form. The form is very simple and quick to complete and will assist us in determining the fairest way to distribute the bounties - Links to the application forms are available via the individual bounty campaign descriptions below.

The process we distribute the bounty differs slightly for each campaign, but nonetheless, it’s quite straightforward. Any remaining funds in the bounty after paying out all the bounties may be awarded to applicants who missed out (i.e. due to individual campaign bounty pool cap).

BitcoinTalk Signature & Avatar Campaign (Bounty Pool = 70 000 BMYC, i.e. approx US$245,000)

Use a BmyCoin signature and avatar (according to your profile level) below to receive BmyCoin!

The candidate:
- must create the signature according to the user seniority level on BItcointalk;
- must create 50 different posts with the avatar and signature;
- must post relevant content and ensure suitability for the forum;
- must ensure posts do not devalue BmyCoin and our ICO;

Community Manager Campaign (1–2 Managers for Each Country. Bounty Pool = 60,000BMYC or US$210,000)


The Community Manager Campaign has two elements where you may be rewarded:

1. Create and manage a country specific community room of 50+ members

Create a community (e.g. WeChat and QQ for China, VK.com, Ok.ru for Russia, LINE for Japan or a just simple Slack channel) with a total of 50 members to receive 200 BMYC (US$700).

Community members will be registered on our website for as long as you wish, or until we deem appropriate (note this may extend beyond the ICO period).

- Understand the basics of BmyBit, PATS, and BmyCoin (what it is and how it works);
- Organize a country specific community (e.g. chat room, Slack, etc);

2. Increase community size
The community manager will be rewarded 50 BMYC (US$175) if the community reaches 100+ members.

Final Remarks
It lies in BmyBit’s sole discretion to decide whether or not the criteria to qualify for a bounty allocation are fulfilled (e.g. whether or not a tweet/retweet is appropriate and does not devalue Bmycoin).



Awarding of bounties may be withheld at the discretion of the BmyBit team — the circumstance would usually be due to conditions not being met. Additional bounties may be awarded, at the discretion of BmyBit, in the event that there are leftover BmyCoins in the complete bounty allocation pool.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the BmyCoin Bounty Program shall be exclusively decided by the ordinary courts of the city of London, England and in accordance to United Kingdom law.

Summary of traction

BmyBit was founded by Mario Stumpo in December 2015 when the first PATS prototype was introduced and tested, which was further developed and enhanced during the year of 2016. In the first few months of 2017 another prototype was presented, this time of an AML & KYC software, followed by MultiChain technology trials.





After revealing the new logo, BmyBit joined Huge Thing, an acceleration program, in June 2017. During the same month, new PATS design was introduced and connected with three exchanges. At the beginning of August, 2017 BmyBit was featured on coindesk.com, with its first press release.

Currently, the team from BmyBit is preparing to start the pre-sale of BmyCoin, which will begin on August 15th, 2017. BmyCoin pre-sale will be followed by BmyCoin wallet release, as well as further expansion of the platform's functionalities. It will be enhanced by introducing a mobile version and connecting BmyBit with two additional exchanges.



In the coming months, even more, exchanges will be connected with the platform (up to 10), while rest APIs, arbitrages strategy, and AML & KYC software will be deployed. By the end of September 2017, BmyBit will end the pre-sale of its BmyCoin, preparing for the ICO which will start in December 2017. Last month of the year will also welcome +4 new trading algorithms.

2018 will be a year of further expansion: in the first quarter, the AML & KYC software will be implemented, along with the Optical Character Recognition (OCR). BmyBit will also work on incorporating improvements in accordance with Payment Service Directive EU.
