Link bank account on coinbase

How do you link you bank account on coinbase? I looked online and it says accounts>USD>"link bank account" (which I don't see). It gives me the option to "wire transfer " instead of "link bank account".

Go to Settings -> Payment Methods and add a debit card.

I think one should invest into real products or stable btc
