INSANE ROADMAP: Insane Coin (INSN) has recently released their primary road map which has projects slated through the end of 2018. The projects include (but are not limited to) becoming incorporated (done), getting Discourse on a private INSN server, continuing to create a highly unique and easy to use QT, creating a voting system for all users of INSN, opening a physical "Insane Space" storefront and having a booth at a cryptocurrency related event. There is also a grand plan to implement something the main INSN developer (CryptoCoderz) calls "cross-chain interfacing" which would allow you to send different coins to others across the INSN chain. The list is long but Insane is assembling some highly competent people who will be up to the task. Insane will also have a few other surprises along the way that are completely unexpected. BITCORE, THE BITCOIN DESCENDANT WITH FREE DISTRIBUTION: Bitcore is a new advanced crypto project similar to Bitcoin but already equipped with the latest tech: SegWit and Bloom online, 10 MB blocksize (20 MB SegWit), 2.5 min blocktime, multi-os desktop and mobile wallets. The inventors of Bitcore came up with several options to get hold of their precious BTX (that's Bitcore's ticker symbol): you can claim them for free at their website if you sign a message with your BTC address; you can mine them with a GPU; you can buy them at several exchanges; and last but not least, there is a weekly airdrop, which will distribute 3% bonus for holding coins in your wallet for addresses with at least 10 BTX! DECENT NETWORK IS LIVE! After the successful launch of DECENT Network on June 30th, here is a summary of the first weeks of its life. DCT distribution to the ICO participants started on July 2nd. Each account is handled manually to ensure all the data are correct before the transaction is confirmed and timestamped in the blockchain. By now, ICO participants who went through the ICO Reclaim and logged in to DECENT GO have their balances transferred. More than 1700 accounts were handled and more than 27M DCT distributed. When DCT distribution began, trading was enabled as well. Bittrex was the first cryptocurrency exchange to integrate DCT and allow people to trade, followed by Chinese exchange Yuanbao. During the first days of trading the average 24 hour volume reached $2,224,786.67. ANOTHER RECORD FOR FREE BYTEBALL DISTRIBUTION: In round 7, the number of Bitcoins linked to Byteball wallets more than doubled to a whopping 948,000 BTC! That means, Byteball managed to engage 5.8% of all Bitcoins in existence! 110,411 Gigabytes valued $67,000,000 (yes, that's sixty-seven million bucks) were distributed for free, making round 7 a record breaker in all categories. Unfortunately, the price BTC/GByte fell more than expected after the distribution. But long-time Byteballers know the usual cycle: the price rises towards the distribution snapshot and falls right after. A lot of traders in the Byteball slack mentioned that they use the 'good' price to increase their stash of GBytes, taking advantage of the 20% bonus in the next distribution round. Round 8 is scheduled for the next full moon on August 7, 2017, at 18:10 UTC, don't miss it! Project development progressed nicely as well: a new wallet version 1.9.1 was released, containing a lot of bugfixes and subtle improvements, which shows the mature state of the project. Then the Byteball slack community celebrated its 3000th member, all the time helping newbies, discussing improvements, trading, etc.!
