I have set up a wallet and bought some women coin. It's nice to use a crypto that transfers pretty much instantly rather than waiting half a day for confirmations.

The wallet is sync'd and downloaded the whole blockchain and my transaction came through.  My coins show as spendable but 0 staked. Do they stake automatically? How long do I need to leave the wallet open for?
