Maybe you should contact with support to speed up the solution. I made a ticket, but the answer takes a long time.

Tickets answered FIFO, may take 3-5 days if little info given.
I just did a test sending a 0.1 INSN to my poswallet account to make sure the problem is not due to "micro-transactions". It showed up correctly in my account after 6/7 blocks, so that should not be the cause. Anyway, you may want consider to have your own qt wallet, that gives you more control over your coins.
In PosWallet profile page (
https://poswallet.com/profile/) there's a form to "Refresh Missing Block". I never used it, but I suppose it is for recovering missing transactions. You may want to try using it, to see if it fixes the problem.
