copy paste code above to notepad and save as with name blazercoin.conf  ( type save as notepad to all).. now you have file blazercoin.conf.. copy or cut blazercoin.conf to blazer client ( press buton windows+ R, it show run program and than click appdata, click folder roaming, and click folder blazer coin.. paste in here blazercoin.conf
now you can try to open blazerqoin qt
it work for win 7 32 bit
