Hi all, I really like to cook for myself, and I always try to cook different food with the help of different recipe sites cook.me, and now I want to cook Ukrainian dishes. Let's talk about Ukrainian cuisine and its recipes and ways of cooking different dishes, what you would like to try and what you know about them ?

We are used to making vegetable pancakes from zucchini or carrots. Traditionally, Ukrainian dish is deruny - fritters made of grated potatoes. But their onion "counterparts" have been almost forgotten. I know this because I'm very interested in the various traditional dishes of different countries. I love cooking.

I don't think I've ever made a dish from there, but I love cooking too and I've been running out of ideas. Might check a few of these out.

My grandparents from my father’s side are from Ukraine but moved when they were young for career growth opportunities. My grandma often cooks traditional food, one of the most distinctive being borsch. It’s a soup that contains many vegetables like potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, beets and cabbage. Cabbage is actually an ingredient found in many Ukrainian dishes. My favorite recipe that she cooks every time I visit is cabbage noodles. I learned to do it with Costco noodles https://costcofdb.com/costco-healthy-noodles-low-carb-kibun-costco-review, but id doesn’t taste the same. That’s why I’m excited for spending the holidays at my grandparents.
