ETH is attempting to cross the $2,000 barrier once more. It is still well below its ATH of about 4900$, but the market appears to be more optimistic for the time being.
Nobody knows how much of this upward momentum is attributable to the planned merger. BTC is also gradually approaching $25,000.
The good news is that if the market is partially rebounding in the midst of a recession, it is reasonable to expect some juicy statistics following the recession.
What's the bad news? People like myself who intended to buy more stuff may never see another 1000$ ETH. But who knows what will happen?
