Avalon miners cannot change mining pool info how to solve

Problem: Everything is normal in the miner, but once enter the backend of the miner and enter the mining pool and the user name of the mining pool, it cannot be saved. It just goes into the default pool connected to the miner and cannot change any settings in the miner, so what should the miners do?

1. Change the mining pool info through the miner APP
Download the FMS app on the Avalon official website, and change the mining pool info through "Avalon FMS Firmware Upgrade".

2. Refresh the firmware and change the mining pool info
Download the miner firmware through the Avalon official website, and change the mining pool info through the browser.

3. Manually enter the mining pool address in the advanced settings
Is the save button greyed out when you try to save the mining pool? Or is there no save button at all?
It can be found under "Advanced Configuration". If it is grayed out, you may need to enter the mining pool address before manually saving the mining pool info.
