Good question but it's difficult to answer. Well, I am sure it's possible the best mobile carrier just by searching info on the internet. You can also check reviews on this website https://koodo-mobile.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html. As for data and privacy, every carrier must guarantee safety.

Verizon and going straight through AT&T sucks. They tack on little fees constantly and your bill always comes out to more than it's supposed to be. I prefer going through Straight Talk (you can buy the phones for cheaper offline or through Walmart.) Don't have to sign up for a plan, and it's $50 per month. You can do auto renew but if you don't pay then your phone time just runs out until you decide to refill it. Much better than wondering what your bill will be every month.
