Portfolio Diversification
« on: January 03, 2022, 12:15:36 PM »
Do you invest all of your money in Bitcoin? Do you diversify your investments? Why/why not?

At some point, "only invest what you can afford to lose" becomes a difficult consideration. I make enough money to survive month to month, but I'd like to continue investing in my monthly surplus.

Obviously, investing only in Bitcoin is a frightening prospect, especially because the total amount I've deposited is continually increasing.

What do you do, and why?

I don't focus on just one investment, I split it across several potential coins. I'm currently doing research to invest in game coins because bitcoins are very expensive to buy

I sold all my BTC to buy ENJ & DOT, because I believe Altcoin will have great volatility and will generate more profit for me than Bitcoin. BTC price is already quite high and the growth potential is only x2-x3, while Altcoins give x10 potential.
However, BTC is the safest crypto asset, I will buy BTC in crypto winter.
Polkadot does what Ethereum cannot
