Investment in new projects

Hello everyone, my question is: how often do you invest in new and young projects?

I want to invest in a promising project called KikSwap. Their token sale starts on 2nd Jan 2022 they have really some amazing feature and I think this is a good opportunity to successfully invest money.
Share your thoughts on such an investment. Maybe you have some interesting cases on this matter.

If the project has a transparent team and many large investment funds, I will be interested in it. Normally, I only invest in reputable projects, listed on big CEX and really safe. With new projects, I only put in 1-5% of the value of the portfolio.
