For now I'm sticking to centralised exchanges - right now I use Binance.

Binance, kucoin, pancakeswap and local exchanges. if you want CEX, then choose binance or kucoin. I think, those are the two best trusted exchanges at the moment. while for DEX for BSC I usually use Pancakeswap. however, for DEX ETH, I usually use UNI, but the current transaction fee is very large.
however, you will see a lot of people will choose and recommend BInance for you.

I prefer the big, properly regulated, reliable exchanges. There are plenty to choose from.
