There are, but do you really want to deal with some non-regulated one? I wont argue that you wont manage along and need some brokers. In my experience yes there are. I have an account with an unregulated broker and never had any issues receiving withdrawals or talking to a real person. I understand the fear in going unregulated but there can be benefits when it comes to higher leverage, being more accepting of US clients, and often lower costs. I'm not saying unregulated is best for everyone, but it shouldn't always be ruled out.
