One of the things that I really like about having masternodes is that the blockchain downloads really fast.

Yeah. I already have a plan to run a couple of masternodes... starting with INSN and ESP but I must find a quiet moment so I can take my time to study it. I have some basics in linux (pretty low, to be honest) but I never managed a vps before...

I haven't ever managed a VPS before either!  I am looking forward to when the testnet is up and running so I can play around with it and not risk any real TRC.

There's a guy who is going to setup a hosting masternode service.

That would be cool.  It is pretty complicated to set up.  We are going to write guide during the testnet phase, but if people can just pay a hosting service that would be awesome.  Thanks!

Awesome.  I know of one person already who wants a masternode but doesn't want to have to set up a VPS or monitor it.  Perhaps we can form a partnership of some sort.  I'll PM on slack!
