List of cryptocurrencies that allow to create tokens

I'm trying to build a comprehensive list of coins that allow to create tokens into it.

I know for sure it can be done the following:

- XCP Counterparty
- BTS Bitshares
- NXT Nxt Platform
- ETH Ethereum

I think it can be done in Onmi and NuBits.

Byteballs, in testnet now, will also allow it.

I'm not sure if that can be done in LISK...

Missing others?
