Is Dogecoin’s unlimited supply good for the long run?
« on: May 28, 2021, 11:10:09 AM »
Yes, Unlimited supply is not the problem with doge.

Plenty of good crypto projects have unlimited supply (like Ethereum)

It has fixed issuance meaning inflation trends towards zero over time

No, unlimited supply means bad for the long run. The price of Dogecoin should be cheap because of unlimited supply. I think the supply of Dogecoin must be limited in the future and it should have trusted developers to continue its improvement. So, in the future, Dogecoin isn't a meme coin anymore.

I believe unlimited supply is bad for dogecoin and puts many investors off.

Unlimited supply is not a good thing especially as compared with assets (bitcoin) where this is not the case.
