I mainly trade currencies, stocks, and crypto to make income (stay at home mom so this is my main form of income). However, I occassionally work on freelance sites like Fiverr to make some extra money. If you have certain talents (writing, graphic design, translating if you know more than one language, etc.) then it's a legit way to make money. I'm currently considering becoming a creator on Tiktok but pretty sure that you need millions of likes to make a good amount of money so that's more of a passive income.

Good idea! I usually take breaks if I become overwhelmed, especially after losing money (usually $5 or more). Different things help depending on my mood, sometimes I exercise (to avoid eating my feelings), listen to music, take a nap, etc. I think it's an interesting idea to launch a website dedicated to helping traders decompress and I'll be sure to check it out.
