Crypto Discussion / Re: Will be Bitcoin centralized?
« on: June 03, 2019, 08:57:49 AM »
" they unable to track the sender and receiver." - not true.... BTC is not private in any way - if you research a bit you'll see what I mean
governments will probably accept it and start charging taxes over it... a lot of insitutions have been gathering BTC (public knowledge)

Crypto Discussion / Re: Can cryptocurrency last forever?
« on: June 03, 2019, 08:53:18 AM »
as you've said, nothing lasts forever, so as crypto is still on it's early stages, it should first develop and get global... then some other more evolved tech will come to take it's place...
I don't think it will end abruptly, but it will have a natural cycle...

Crypto Discussion / Re: Too many altcoins
« on: May 25, 2019, 09:51:16 AM »
This is part of the crypto-evolution. We need to remember that the whole market is still very young and immature, there is a huge evolution yet to be made.
Eeryday new Altcoins are born and some others die out, and new coins bring some new features or use cases, and older cons also evolve and update... it is a dynamic ecosystem...
Bear markets bring balance to the crypto scene and exterminate a lot of useless alts...
Take privacy coins for example, the older privacy coins like Zcash or Monero are adapting and updating, while a new generation of evolved contenders have arrived to solve a few problems that still exist, like Veil project or Beam... only time will tell which reaches a greater adoption level

Crypto Discussion / Re: Are you discouraged with fake bounty?
« on: May 25, 2019, 09:40:50 AM »
Like with everything else, there is a learning curve. I have started by doing a lot of bounties and then, when I found out that most of them were scam/fail, I had to adapt my strategy and I've started to be very picky with my choices...
There are some features that are always prefered, independently of the project, like projects with no ICO, monthly payment, already on echanges... and then you search their use case, product, team, social channels (there are some that launch bounties and then don't update their social channels.
Lately I am very happy with bounty from Veil project, Xtrabytes and wibson
cheers and good luck

since the op post, the crypto market has improved severely... I guess that the best time to invest long-term is already gone, best thing would be to wait for a correction, because BTC won't be rising forever, it will have dips and a lot of other coins too...
Exited to see this new dynamic on the market

Crypto Discussion / Re: High increase today
« on: May 19, 2019, 10:43:56 AM »
from what I've seen today, we are again going for the 8000 level... seems that BTC is really alive!!
I always though that the bull run would come only by the end of the year, but in the end maybe it's here already...

do you understand forex? finances/economy? how more money gets printed? well, maybe you do, but the general public doesn't, and they still use fiat money....
people don't need to understand bitcoin, they just need to know how to use it... overcome the fear induced by a new form of money and accompaining FUD

thanks for the info... I'm always very carefull about this stuff...
criminals are re-emerging and more will come... education is the best weapon against these

Trading / Re: Your greatest trading regret?

I am sorry that I've sold a good bag of BNB coin on a peak a few months ago... price now is more than double that...

Trading / Re: Promising altcoins
« on: May 17, 2019, 09:16:35 AM »
I know Hara token and I also find it promising  ;)
This year I've also found some other potential projects namely, Beam, Veles, Spider, Veil, OAX, etc
Just love to be lurking around and checking new potential gems  ;D

Trading / Re: Short or long term investment
« on: May 16, 2019, 09:20:37 AM »
I like both... each has it's own pros and cons
short term investment is easier, less riskier, but also with less potential profit... hit and run like you've said
longer term investment tries your nerves and is riskier...but can bring a lot of x's if you choose the project well
there are also two types of coins to be suited to each type of investment... the older, already established, less riskier coins.... and the new ones...
At this point I'm aiming to get some profit doing quick trades on established coins, like ADA, CVC, LTC, RVN, etc (not having much luck at the moment)
And filling bags of Beam, Veil, Veles, Zel,  for later trading (and hopefully profit)
cheers  ;)

Crypto Discussion / Re: Do we need blockchain technology?
« on: May 16, 2019, 09:01:15 AM »
google ads and facebook ads, really?
don't you know these companies and what their centralized domination has achieved for the "good" of mankind?
I agree that there are tons of shitcoins and useless projects out there... especially the ones with "fast transactions" that don't do anything else and are just here to make some money for the devs and P&D schemes
But we need blockchain transparency and immutability in our society... this can be a way to end a few vices that have overtaken us and set a few things right...
there are a lot of usefull and game changing projects out there...

I see BTC as a good investment, but does anyone expect to get 10x from BTC?
BTC is maybe the less riskier investment, but ......
will keep a little in BTC, but I would bet the rest on a few alts... the "safer alts" like TRX, ETH, LTC, BCH.... and the potential gems, like Beam, Veil, Veles....
let's not forget that the "older" coins are always subject to evolution, and when the devs are looking the other way, there are new projects aiming to take their place
cheers
