There is no need to do so. If the wallet, is provided by a company, as a service, then the company, might be asked to do KYC. But, if it's a software wallet, I don't se any reason for this.

I don't think the government will kill cryptocurrencies. They will have their own way to benefit from this industry, and when they can benefit from each other, I believe the government will not ban the development of this industry. And I believe that this industry will have good development prospects in the future.

I agree with this. If the blockchain industry grows, then they will EARN MORE TAXES. That's why they will not kill it.
